Order Management #
The order management module in Noverstock is the place where you can process and manage, in one central location, all of your orders from various sales channels The module also offers a variety of options to streamline your daily tasks.
You can access the Order Management module by opening the navigation panel on the left. The Orders module is second in line.
Orders are divided into two main groups according to their status – these are active orders and already canceled (refused), both of which are main menus in the Order Management tab.
When entering the active orders menu, you see a screen with several main items:
– Module title
– Buttons next to the module title
– Order table/list
– On the left, above the order table, there are buttons that perform mass actions.
– On the right, there are blue buttons; with them, you can respectively create an order, import orders, export orders, or pour orders into the list from a certain channel in which you sell.
– On the right, under the blue buttons, there are also buttons for saved filters, information about applied filters in the list, hiding and showing columns, and clearing filters accordingly
, as well as buttons for filters and add columns – list all elements.
The buttons are, respectively:
- To change the status of the orders
- Updating information in fields
- Creating an purchase order
- Picklist generation
- Generating a packlist
- Generate shipping labels
- Manifest generation
- Confirmation of orders
The blue buttons in the upper right corner of the list of active orders that you will see in the menu are respectively for manual creation of an order, and the green button gives the possibility to quickly create a manual order with a limited number of input fields, import orders from different sales channels, export orders, and auto-fill incoming orders pulled through integrations from the channels you sell in.
Below the blue buttons is the menu with filtering options and columns, as well as the option to create your own filters. You can see a menu for saved filters, choose your own filtration, saved menus, hide and show columns, and the ability to delete filters.
The list of orders is divided into separate columns, each of which contains specific information. In them, you can find a variety of information depending on your needs, and in the different columns, you can create specific filters to facilitate your search for certain information.
